I saw on CNN that Kerry said he received a call from Christopher Reeve thanking him for talking about Stem Cell research in the debate. CNN did not mention when Reeve went into a coma.

On Saturday, Reeve went into cardiac arrest at his home in Bedford and fell into a coma, Goldberg said. He was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco and never regained consciousness.
