The reduction in inventories was a very small $43M, or a 1.4% decline.

Translation: Processor inventory is down and chipset/Flash [inventory] is up

THere was a complex inventory analysis posted a few weeks ago by one of the analysts, Goldman Sachs, I think. Think it was on IHub. Anyway, it said that in quarters when inventory accumulates, there is a temporary positive effect on margins. Based on that, the ICG group did even worse than doubling their loss.
