The war is lost, but not over. We are in the process of losing it under Bush. The National intel report proves this. It stated that if we continue on this course we can expect no better than what we've already been experiencing (which is a loss) but we could even fall into out-all civil war (a complete loss).

Bush has absolutely no hope of quelling Iraq the way he is going. We need a new president. That will definitely change things on the ground.
