Here it seems that there were no sellers and some buyers that recognized it was undervalued. As for the stock being overvalued now, I suggest you carefully study their assets including LCC and EPZ as well as all their properties before concluding so rapidly. Just because a stock move fast doesn't mean it is overvalued. Maybe by reading all the exporation results published so far, you will concluded that paying C$5 millions for all the properties GNM has as well the indirect leverage they obtain on LCC and EPZ properties is not paying too much at all.
