You need to try the National Dish of Cincinnati; Chili Cheese Dogs. A hotdog with chili and cheese, onions (sauerkraut for sissies) and a dash of hot pepper sauce. A monument to indigestion, especially the street vendor versions; At the ball park, they are slightly more civilized except with jalapeno peppers they are spiced up a notch or two.
