The poor fellow obviously has some mistaken impressions about the US justice system. If something comes up missing, it's because someone was in charge of causing it to come up missing. It's then stamped classified and that's all she wrote. Case closed.

I also have some trouble with this constant nonsense about terrorists whipping up a nuke in their basements. If it were that easy, every third world country on the planet would be nuclear. The Manhattan Project is not exactly the next step up from packing a car with ANFO. If there were any terrorists organized well enough to have anything that even resembled a weapons program, you would be seeing sophisticated conventional devices being used on nearly a daily basis. Folks with the resources to build one car bomb every six months aren't likely to become nuclear powers any time in the next 5 centuries
