No...lol It is Bush's fault that ET isn't a business mogul. Where did he go wrong? Maybe thinking that he should be rich because he is a Democrat. Some Democrats, like most Republicans just never get rich, but no need to blame others.

No, I'm not saying that. But since you ask, my biggest drop in tenants occurred in 1989 (go blame that on Carter, lol). I know when things are getting tougher for businesses because the rent checks start arriving late or not at all.
