Actually Buddy, no charges don't mean no felonies. They have at least 5 years to move on indictable offenses. Your assumption that a person hasn't been charged is premature. I would wait until after the elections. Nobody wants criminal trial procedure the Presidential campaigns.

It is simplistic to make the remark "No charges = No felonies"

You know better than that. "No charges yet, mean No charges to date". I

I suspect their may be ties to the Kerry camp and that would be perceived, although incorrectly, as the administration attempting to affect the election with criminal investigation.

It is an argument for later.

No charges = no felonies....

Another kerry "nuance"?

You do know what the felonies are that he admitted to don't you?
