I've been saying for months that he can't. Like uw I have little doubt he was not honorably discharged. The total release of his records would show him to be the putz that most military people already know him to be. It would be political suicide for him to release them all.

Now if he had faced all of that head on initially folks would have probably given him the nod thinking it was a Nixon vendetta against him. But like everything else in his life he doesn't face it he nuance's it and now he is stuck.
