No, I do not believe it was a typo. I think kerry had people working on beefing up his Silver Star citation who were not familiar with the awards process, but were in positions to influence it. Just like when they had form Secretary of the Navy's signature on a beefed up citation.... Secretary of the Navy Lehman stated he knew nothing about it.... in other words there were some operatives playing games with kerry's Silver Star.... I have also asked for the supporting documents on kerry's Silver Star and for some reason kerry will not release them.
