Yes, Kerry by and large tells the truth, and always has. Bush lies. Cheney lies even more. Bushie surrogates lie constantly because spinning a fictional web and smearing opponents is the only way they can dream of winning. Kerry must spin of course being a politician, but he is one of the most honest politicians in DC and always has been. Bush's entire campaign has been a lie since 2000 when he ran as a "compassionate" conservative who was supposed to unite the country and bring dignity back to the office. Instead, he is the least trusted US president we have ever had, even worse than Nixon.
