There's clearly nothing wrong with it, 60 Minutes always pulls that kind of crap against Bush, and look at ABC and CBS, not to mention CNN and NPR along with numerous newspapers... what's good for the goose is good for the gander...

Having watched it there is no reason it cannot be called news if discussion is brought in. Kerry has his chance to make a bigger fool of himself in trying to defend his actions as it is impossible to lies out of it-- even Kerry cannot lie this away.
