Brian, doesn't the fact the UN deliberately refused to be firm with Hussein after 17 resolutions trouble you? They dragged their feet and never would have voted to oust that ruthless butcher, because so many of their members were being bought off by Hussein with Iraqi Food for Oil funds. USA cannot bend to pressure from such a corrupt organization. It will gain respect from Americans after major reformation is attained.

They take care of the BS like elections- Carter will do that for peanuts (subsidys). Anything important ot that could cause gunfire they run from. The do run to take our monetary support though. Like Kerry- all talk & no action, IMO.
