Third Eye, The ex-Pat thing is wrong, but obvious. The brown folks who support Chavez are unlikely to Summer on the Riviera or work for a US oil co. in Bahrain. The lighter colored ones are. It is all racist economics in that country. Our record in Latin America has been more shameful than any govt. policy other than wiping out Native Americans for being Native Americans in the USA. We always seem to enforce order over self-determination for the Third World below our borders.
