No catch. The stock is obviously going much higher. Nova has a world class deposit at Galore Creek and is looking at serious financing, although 1.5 million shs. is not much. They will obviously have to raise more money through equity issuance later, but probably at a much higher stock price.

Wicked day in the commodities. Pisani on CNBC has been suggesting a correction for days!
