Agreed... However, the one thing left out about what Kerry and Bush were still fighting about.. THE OTHER WAR.. Remember the one we left 30 years ago... It has been an issue all along and that is pathetic. We are so silly to live in the past on issues like this especially when we are fighting a WAR NOW...... Who is bravest ? Give me a break.

Kerry joined and Bush took a path out available to him. I had lots of students do the same thing. It was not a popular war. Near the end it became even more unpopular. It seemed as though every American was against it. But, this goes back and most who post here were not part of that genre. They were in some instances fighting the war.

Now...we are engaged in a great war... (sound familiar, borrowed it ) that will determine whether we can be safe in our living rooms. But.... what about those whose lives we have made unsafe. Some people thing in a war anything is justified. It's them or us... and unilaterally we can even drop an atom bomb. It's our prerogative. I don't feel that way.

I take it you don't either. And I am joining you in the RANT.
Fun ain't it ? I don't want to be hired, just retired.

Carry on...JOW
