Actually, Pres Bill Clinton stimulated terrorism when he weakly passed on taking strong action against those who attacked the USS Cole and African embassies. If USA waited any longer to respond after Sept 11 our very existence would have been in danger. Try to remove your liberal shell in order to recognize the real danger facing USA today, which is the threat of a "warm & fuzzy" wannabe Pres named Kerry who would place the lives of our children in harms way with mushy policies and backward-looking vision.
