100% public financing of elections vs going to the moon: which is more difficult?

The tax system doesn't work because of too much POLITICS stemming from lousy campaign financing laws.

IF you fix the financing of campaigns then you can fix everything else that ails the system including a ridiculously complex tax system.

That doesn't mean flat tax or sales tax as both are hugely regressive.
