I believe that containment was a viable stratagy with political will and capital. By saying you do not, you are saying that the US administation would be incompetant in its handling of the containment file; that it would be incompetant in dealing with corruption (news of which is heardly new) among within the oil for food program or other loose allies of both Iraq and the US (Russia, France, etc). So, you are indicting Bush, the incumbent president, in other words, for something he didn't even try. That's enough for me today.
