Ted: The liberals have hijacked the government. The conservatives are trying to restore balance to it. You criticize George W. Bush for making tough choices. You appear to give Kerry a pass for every immoral and unethical thing he has ever done. I respect you for being relatively fair minded. Kerry is not one of the good guys. Kerry is a spoiled slacker. He has made ethical compromises throughout his public life. He ran for Congress as a hero, then as an anti-hero. If he knows what he stands for, he is the only one. In what way is Kerry truthful? He lied for thrity years about being in Cambodia on Christmas. He lied about cutting of heads and all that under oath. He lied during the last debate when he looked into the camera and said that he was not going to raise taxes on the middle class. I can tell when he is lying, his lips are moving. Bush is a moderate. Perhaps the best description of the two is: Bush is a liberal Republican; Kerry is a liberal Democrat. You have identified yourself as being far left of mainstream. Are you farther left than Kerry? I apply the same standards to everyone regardless of political stripe. I support our great country. When we had an unethical President, I criticized both of them. Now that we have an ethical one, I support him in many things. The Democrat party has been steamed at being correctly labeled for being unethical. Democrats have tried from day one to stick the same label on Bush. It has not stuck, because it is not true. You may have consumed enough of the bilge that you started to believe it. Perhaps you are one of the planners who know it is false, and are conspiring to falsely accuse the President. You appear to be intelligent enough not to believe everything liberals chant.
