And re the wire, the thing is, anyone who is honest will have to admit that Bush seems so simple, so over-his-head, so much a puppet of much smarter people, that it's entirely credible, even understandable, that they'd feel they had to think of a way to help him out in situations where having him memorize sound bytes and use them over and over isn't sufficient to give the impression he knows what he's talking about.

A "wire" hasn't been that large since the 60s! lol I can't believe what some people will come up with. You can't see or feel a wire now. I have had some much smaller than a dime and with cameras as well.
