Ted, I want the rich to share in the downside to living in America, and not just the upside.

I'm pretty sure you're rich compared to a lot of our brave men and women in Iraq and Afghanistan.

You know, Ten, you keep saying they are brave. They may be but what they are more is scared! Their lives are on the line in a way you and I have never experienced. For me to agree to such a scenario, there has to be some very good reasons. There are none when it comes to Iraq.

As they should be! How come you're not over there and taking over some of their burden? Because you can point to someone richer than yourself?

Why should I be fighting in a war that I think is senseless and a waste of our resources both human and financial?

You really ought to let go of your "screw the rich" mentality.

Nope. I've seen how the elitist mentality works. The rich in this country are not paying their way. That needs to change!
