Mr. Bush just lost it and he didn't know what to say........so he started repeating the liberal rhetoric. He hates it when he get criticized.

BTW, if Kerry is on the "far left" bank, where does that put you? I think I'm in my Beamer driving along the parkway that runs along the "far left" bank. <g>

I'm not sure this is as cut-and-dried as you suggest. In fact, one could argue that it is, in fact, a strategy employed by a group of people to conduct a war against the United States. "Tactic" implies terrorism is a smaller component of a larger strategy; this simply isn't the case. Terrorism *IS* the strategy being employed in a war against the West, notably us.
