It's not a wrinkle, but someone did early on suggest it might be a bullet proof vest or something like that; but some guy who makes them said on TV it wasn't--and the WH denies he was wearing a vest. Definitely he wasn't when he was in that thin tee shirt talking to reporters from his truck. But there was that pronounced vertical ridge up his back. Seriously, I wish someone here would give an opinion as to what it was. Even just a theory. It's so odd. I'm sure he had no one prompting him tonight. It just didn't have that feel.
