I saw her LAST boss was fired. I did not see if she was responsible. She may be a tease looking for an early retirement. I still think she has him on tape. She may have led him on-- then dropped the dime on him. I've seen that before- heard it admitted- the lady still recd a settlement. It is difficult to defend from these allegations. I had a program given to many new managers and supervisors. Told them to NEVER put themselves in a position where anything could even be construed improper. During interviews for promotion and hiring have a member of the opposite sex involved. This is not talked about much but every company finds it a huge expense. Training helps-- every mgr every year -- can save a company tons, some have gone bankrupt due to these suits.
