Bush FAILED on 911. Bush himself says that securing America is his first responsibility. 3,000 deaths and massive destruction of the USA is NOT success. Bush has to stop blaming everyone else, especially Clinton who told him exactly what his priorities should be, and take RESPONSIBILITY like an adult. Clinton sent in 80 missiles into Afghanistan on word that OBL was in the camps. He probably missed OBL BY LESS TIME than Bush ever did. Bush ignored the Cole. Bush ignored Clarke. Bush ignored the FBI. Bush ignored everyone so that he could go on vacation 40% of his presidency. Bush is the laziest president we've ever had.
