Heh, true.

Well, the basic gist of it is that by keeping people from effectively unionizing, corporations can push wages way below the equilibrium "organic" minimum wage, and the book shows the hardships caused for average people when they do so.

Of course, the book was written in the 1930s, but I'd say its lessons hold true today.
