pneumonia shot is good for five years. mist will be available for flu..

I did have the pneumonia shot a couple of years ago, and there doesn't seem to be a shortage of those, so maybe that would be a good solution?

One thing I like about Kaiser here in the Islands is that the shots are almost automatic. I got both pneumonia and flu last year and will know I will get the flu when I go in next week for a checkup.
