kholt, Since when have you been able to get completely analytical engagement in the midst of a presidential election. I doubt that you have lived long enough to have done so. Electing the President of the United States of America, is an emotional event. Those emotions are a product of the issues on the table, and how the candidates percieve them. Any politician, regardless of party affiliation, is going to do his best to swing the winning votes to him. There can be no even ground in today's time. You either get on, and ride, the horse that will stay the course, or get your butt bucked off into the dirt.

I may be wrong, but when reading your posts, I get the feeling that you are speaking as an elitest, that is frowning down on wayward children. That is one of the reasons you are getting so much FLAK around here. I have been tempted to fire a few rounds of my own, but that would just be over kill.
