And wharf rats, gutter bums, knights of the road, and bindlestiffs for JFK too. Tax cuts don't help when you have to beg, and/or collect cans out of the trash to recycle for Ripple. Estate taxes? Don't think a plywood lean-to and a trash barrel would get taxed too highly, so no help there,either.
