As I said earlier I tend to trade shorter term ... semi's are too cyclical and people are always looking ahead so that the peak stock price is often reached before the corresponding revs & EPS hit the top. Not sure what warning you're talking about ... but I don't believe ATML has warned this quarter. ATML is down in the past year but so is the SOX. Below is a graph comparing the two ... SOX down almost 20% and ATML down closer to 30%. finance.yahoo.com Again, think back to when ATML was sub $1 ... after it hit $7 did you think it would head much higher .. I mean a 600+% gain will most always have people taking some $$$ off the table.
