EnergyPlay, I may be wrong as can be about the details but extracting the last dollars out of the pockets of not bright enough people can be discouraged and I think should be. Credit card debt destabilizes the economy. The "maxed out" person, squirming around desperately, can't be too productive. We ban narcotics;
credit should come next.
