Also, what do folks think about BBY?

Again, growing nicely, low pe, nice dividend.....

One thing that got me interested in them was the awesome customer service I received...they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was happy, even though it was not their fault.....I bought a new HD widescreen in DEC 03. It was having some problems so I thought....went back to the store on sat morning. They literally dropped what they were doing and brought me a new tv and picked up the other one within 20 minutes of me going in the store....they stayed and hooked everything up...saw there was still a problem...they told me it was a problem with my cable company.....I called Time Warner and they got somebody that they said was an expert at HD to come over....he came over several times and kept telling me it was a cable problem, not the TV and I will have to be patient and they will get it taken care of....just to be safe, since the first and 2nd tv were same models, I went ahead and went back to best buy and they allowed me to exchange it for a different brand...free delivery that day..and again, they knew it was not the tv....3rd tv arrived...still problems.....obviously it is the cable...well, time warner jerked me around for 6 months, finally came back and told me it was not the cable and they didnt know what to tell me...I was upset as the tv was not cheap and I specifically asked TW if I needed to get my money back before the 30 day period ended....told them I did not want to go on for months and months having them tell me it is their problem and they would get it right only to get nothing solved.....they assured me it was a cable problem, not the tv and I didnt need to get my money back...then, they switched and said, "sorry, dont know what to tell you but it's not the cable"...I arranged to get a TV repairman, an electrician an engineer and a supervispor from TW and BBY to my house and I listened to all of them argue their points.....Everybody still pointed to TW, except the TW people of course....But, BBY, in an effort to try and help, ended up bringing me 3 more tvs if you can believe that.....in the end, it turned out to be the cable companies fault and all is now fine and I have a great TV and great picture......But, I was astonished at how far best buy went out of their way to make me happy even though it was not their problem...I also talked to the manager since I have had some BBY stock for awhile and flat out told him I was very happy with how they treated me..and as a shareholder it made me feel good about the company because I know that they are doing a good job of making sure customers come back...I cant think of anybody that would have brought me so many tv's over a 6 month period, when they knew nothing was wrong with any of them....but, I was also concerned that they basically went thru $25-$30k worth of TV's just to make the one sale to me and make me happy.....I asked what happens in these scenarios and the manager said they dont lose a dime.....tv's can be sold as open floor models for a discount and they still make money or they can get 100% credit from manufacturer...whichever they choose to do....so, they made me very happy, and it didnt cost them anything, except of course their time in dealing with me and the free deliveries...but, I do think that is worth what they will get in the future by ensuring I will be back spending more money the next time I need anything......

Anyway, have had a few shares since they went public and actually was thinking of adding just a smidgeon...again, BBY is one of those that benefit by oct-jan sales, which is upcoming....and again, I like brand names, with low PE's, good growth and a dividend is icing on the cake....so, what do folks think of erts and bby?
