Convict him of his crime in court and punish him, or let him go. That's the US justice system, fool.

You can't convict and send to death a terrorist in the US. Waiting for the US justice system to convict terrorist and send them to death, we may just as well leave them outside in an open place and hope they will be struck by lightning.
