The size was explained by the scrambler, according to the interview I saw. Unlike you, I'm not an expert. Do you think the photo of Bush in the tee shirt shows a flak jacket? Look at it again. I see you choose number 2. 1) you see nothing under his tee shirt or suit 2) you see it but think that vertical ridge is a flak jacket that the WH is lying about 3) you see it and don't think it's a flight jacket and is more likely a radio type device feeding one candidate lines in a debate 4) you don't care what it is, even if it's number 3 5) you see it but think it's neither a transmission device or a flak jacket, but some third thing the WH is lying about
