They don't care if Dumbya cheats. For Dumbya, it's just more of he same he's been getting his whole life as a legacy. He's so used to cheating, he thinks it's his DUE, his RIGHT as a Bush. Cheated his way through Andover, Yale, the National Guard and Harvard. Special priveliges, private tutors to do his homework, pressure on instructors from the administrations - it's all just what he's ENTITLED to!
