I don't think so. Not enough days to get in a full billing cycle. Even with a half month of increased costs, most people won't notice until they get smacked with a full months worth of pain.

Dow below 10K on Nov 2 is going to get some attention. I think that is going to hurt Bush much more than the heating costs.

It would not suprise me to see Dow 10,250+ on Nov 2. Then I think its time to get short.
