I never found a Kerry explanation for what he intended to do satisfactory, so I can hardly fault Bush for inadequate detail. Anyway, outsourcing was occuring at an accelerated pace throughout the '90s. It is clearly not the most important source of job shakiness. As for the IT companies that outsourced to India, a lot of them would have gone belly up without that solution, and no one would have been better off for it.

Even some liberals think that Roe is a flawed decision, and should be overturned. I agree with them.

Did Kerry even try to introduce legislation on outsourcing as a senator? Just curious.

Even if the states decide it, if some judge decides that the "faith and credit" clause means that marriage in one state must be honored in every state, a can of worms opens up, and we hava a new crisis of confidence in the courts, and another protest movement, like the pro- life movement.
