I don't assume anything except that something is showing on W's back. It would be perfectly reasonable if Bush wore armor, but why doesn't the WH simply admit it? If he is wired during a debate, however, that's not kosher and is unfair to the other debater... The US public should know about it.... You have to admit, the pictures are very revealing..
