BTW, when do I think China can give Dual Citizenship? This is when Chinese can come to the US visa-free. Yup, this will be the time.

Well, not a long time ago, Chinese government just set free "spy" like Gao Zan, who just had green card before she applied and got US citizenship. Don't you think that they should deny the Chinese citizenship for those who have only green card too in your anology? Mrs Gao actually help China to get the "sensitive" US technology right after she became a US citizen.

I also read that a New Jersey firm was under investigation of smuggling ban technology to China. Some formal Chinese citizen was arrested. They are not spied for US, but for China.

As for the corruption concerned, the most wanted man Lai Chanxing is still in Canada. His chance to return to China is slim. He is only a refugee and has no Canadian citizenship.
There are plenty of wanted businessmen/officals like formal CEO of Jinbei auto Mr Yang Rong, formal party boss of Wen Zhou(forgot her name), stay here without US citizenship.

The root of corruption is within the leadership of China. That is why they are so soft on the issue. I give you an example. The son and daughter of Chairman Li Peng who was formerly in charge of power industry are now running two biggest of power generation companies in China. Li Xiaopen run Huaneng Power. Li Xiolin run China Power which is just went public this Friday. What a coincendent! Why not someone else? I wish everyone had a powerful father like they have. Now tell me how can you fight for the people and fight for the corruption?
