Thanks for posting that, James. I'm in Alabama and remember that 1994 election all too well, and all the ones since. What Kennedy says about what has happened here to the judiciary is sadly true. I had NO idea Rove was here doing it, though! It sure carries all the trademarks, however. I need to send that on to a few people to read.
