The polls swing so much daily, I'm beginning to wonder whether there is some trickery involved on both sides. If you're into reading tea leaves, realclearpolitics.com has a running 7day averaging of all the polls.

Frankly, as others pointed out, I think the wild swings are extremely suspicious --- especially the ones that have 3 day averaging, think of it, a 5% swing on poll with a 3day avg would indicate a 15% swing on the 3rd day --- something I find hard to believe.

Still, watching the polls is quite entertaining. Tea leaves and all.

Go figure. The Iowa futures market is holding steady at Bush 55, Kerry 45. I think I trust their predictive power more than any poll.
