No, Ted, they're usually teenagers working part-time who haven't been on the job long enough to get a two-bit raise yet.


Maybe where you live.....in Newport or Palos Verdes or Atherton or Hillsborough, the teens work for minimum wage but in the inner city, its often the poor adults, blacks and first generation Latinos[legals].

Oh wait, you've never been in an inner city so how could you possibly know what conditions are like there? So sorry!
