You're correct that I don't have extensive medical knowledge; however, the plaintiff looked very strong & healthy. It was ridiculous for Atty Guido to state that his client could not make a living as a result of the minute bone injury to his wrist. The man was not a concert pianist or surgeon. If the MD was at fault, the plaintiff definitely deserved some compensation BUT it should not be an undetermined amount. The Guidos of the world do indeed encourage far too many frivolous lawsuits. You still haven't explained why you're supporting lawyers on the Dem ticket?
