Is that on an annual basis? (the home equity extraction)

Where did you get your figures?

Thanks

So what percentage of home equity loans and cashouts are used to fund additions and improvements? How does that chart account for home equity loans which are used to add to the value of the house?

According to the Fed, the net worth of US households as of last month comes to $45.9 trillion. Divided by the population of 290 million, it results in $158,000 for every US man woman and child.

So, the Aussies are wealthier by about $20K, and the distribution of wealth there is a lot more even.
