I'm crediting Franklin Roosevelt with finally ending the age of the robber barrons. (Franklin's cousin Theodore began that effort). The great disparity of wealth from the gilded age drove the great cycles of boom and bust which culminated in the great depression of Hoover's day.

Junior apparently wants the country to return to the days of child labor, sweat shops, and the other excesses of unregulated capital control of the economy.
