CO Elliot's fitrep report. Elliot was Kerry's CO and many times proclaimed him a great leader and hero. He also campaigned for Kerry. Then strangely, he suddenly appeared in the first smearvet ad saying JK didn't deserve his Silver Star. The next day he retracted this saying he'd made a terrible mistake. Elliot's reason for slandering JK remains a mystery but perhaps we shall know before the election. Elliot's fitrep reports on JK's service are superlative. Beyond superlative. He credits him personally with 20+ enemy kills.
