It might be possible for Bush to accurately remember that saying, if he could accept the possibility of making a mistake. Bush can't imagine that he could ever make a mistake, therefore he can't remember the closing line.

Like other former Presidents, you would think he might initially spend much of his time writing his memoirs and planning a Presidential library. The problem is, though, he has shown no serious ability to read and write. Maybe he'll establish a Presidential Video Library.

Bush has the skills to write his memoirs. He'll buy a writer.
