Thank you X,

For sharing your son's educational experience with us. What a wonderful story!

I did not know most special ed students were boys. Is there a reason? Are boys more independent and do not try to "fit in" as much as girls? With girls maturing earlier they might pick up upon the importance of social interaction at an earlier age and therefore "blend in" better. I don't know at all, I am just thinking out loud. :)

But I am so glad for your family that your son's educational experience is so positive. He is very lucky he has such great parents and family support. That means one heck of a lot.. As you well know..

" It's been a long road, and it's not over, but gosh, it's nice to see a lovely metaphorical sunrise along the way.""

What a great and beautiful saying.. I am going to borrow it to use "along the way".. :)

Take care,

m

<here in Scotland> they actually have a fairly well (and newly) developed local political system, but it is weird that so few have understood it.

Slow boat.. but we still have a lot of hope for them, as they too have.

Btw, it is an old nordic tradition to get 20 more of those funny points in just one generation years
(I'm struggling, at this age)

en.wikipedia.org

"However, there is evidence from Scandinavian countries that IQ scores rose even more, 20 points per generation, following the austerity of occupation during World War II. "

But struggles are struggles

<Does life get better than that?>

Molly said something smart a couple of weeks ago, when it is just fun to have fun..

booktv.org

I wonder, if they will work out the copyrights to make the speech available, free, gratis, on the internet next week??

That is when that little keyword and -link "watch" suddenly appears for just some weeks.
(not yet available, and maybe never??)

PS if they would declare their intents earlier it would me much more fun than having to set the alarm clock..
(that is, one could do it later on)
