Don't know for sure, but the case made national news because of the spurious allegation that Elgindy profited from 911. Without that hook this is a relatively small time case of two FBI agents disseminating information they shouldn't have. So, either the case is still in pre-trial motions and there is nothing yet to report or the trial is not deemed important enough to warrant significant coverage. Blame the capricious press. Given the choice they will always cover the issues that create the biggest splash and sells ads. There is a presidential election coming up, the war, oil prices, the economy and Dan Rather. Even the press can get spread thin. Especially Dan Rather. lol.
